- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 tsp. basil leaves
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. cubed tomato
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Directions

1In 2-quart saucepan melt butter.

2Stir in remaining ingredients, except tomato and parsley.

3Cover and cook over medium heat until vegetables are tender 10 to 12 minutes.

4Remove from heat.

5Stir in tomato and parsley.

6Cover and let stand 1 minute.
