  • 4 qt. ripe tomatoes
  • 1 qt. celery, stalk and leaves
  • 1 qt. onions
  • 3 c. water
  • 6 sweet pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar

Directions

    Dice peppers, onions and celery.

    Add water and cook 10 minutes.

    Add tomatoes which have been peeled and cut up and seasoned.

    Bring to a boil.

    Put in hot jars and process 25 minutes for pints and 35 minutes for quarts.

    Makes 10 pints.
