  • 3 pounds lean ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped red pepper
  • 2 cups oats (uncooked)
  • 1 package Campbell Onion Soup Mix
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2/3 cup low-fat or skim milk

Directions

    Heat oven to 350°. Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Grease two 9 x 5 inch loaf pans. Divide mixture between two loaf pans and bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until done and juices run clear. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
