  • 1 pound Ground Turkey 85-15
  • 1/4 cups Red Pepper Chopped
  • 1/4 cups Poblano
  • 1/4 cups Onion, Chopped
  • 1/4 cups Carrots, Chopped
  • 1 cup Oatmeal (Uncooked)
  • 1 whole Egg, Beaten
  • 4 slices Pepper Jack Cheese
  • 4 whole Wheat Buns Or Thins
  • 1 whole Avocado, Thinly Sliced
  • 1 cup Alfalfa Sprouts
  • Mayonnaise, to taste
  • 1 whole Tomato, Sliced

Directions

    Mix well the turkey, red pepper, poblano, onion, carrots, oatmeal, and egg with your hands.

    Form four equal-size patties.

    Oil grill with oiled paper towel held with tongs.

    Grill 6-7 minutes (over medium-low heat) per side then flip, and grill 6-7 minute on the other side.

    With one minute remaining, lay one cheese slice on each patty.

    Place on a bun.

    Add sliced avocado, sprouts, mayo and tomatoes to top.
