- 1 pound Ground Turkey 85-15
- 1/4 cups Red Pepper Chopped
- 1/4 cups Poblano
- 1/4 cups Onion, Chopped
- 1/4 cups Carrots, Chopped
- 1 cup Oatmeal (Uncooked)
- 1 whole Egg, Beaten
- 4 slices Pepper Jack Cheese
- 4 whole Wheat Buns Or Thins
- 1 whole Avocado, Thinly Sliced
- 1 cup Alfalfa Sprouts
- Mayonnaise, to taste
- 1 whole Tomato, Sliced
Directions

1Mix well the turkey, red pepper, poblano, onion, carrots, oatmeal, and egg with your hands.

2Form four equal-size patties.

3Oil grill with oiled paper towel held with tongs.

4Grill 6-7 minutes (over medium-low heat) per side then flip, and grill 6-7 minute on the other side.

5With one minute remaining, lay one cheese slice on each patty.

6Place on a bun.

7Add sliced avocado, sprouts, mayo and tomatoes to top.
