- 1 lb. ground garfish
- seasonings desired (onions, pepper, salt, green onions, parsley to taste)
- 2 eggs
- 3 Tbsp. bread crumbs
Directions

1Mix fish with seasonings.

2Make balls and roll lightly in flour.

3Fry until brown in small amount of oil.

4Add little vinegar before adding water to fish balls.

5Then add water to cover the fish; let cook until done and the water is almost gone.

6Leave enough for gravy.
