- 1/2 cups Olive Oil
- 10 cloves Minced Garlic
- 2 pounds Shrimp
- 1 Tablespoon Kosher Salt

1Pour oil into a pan and heat on medium.

2Add garlic and saute on medium-low for 3 minutes.

3DO NOT have your flame too high, it will singe the garlic and yuck, it wont be the same.

4Next add the shrimp.

5Now you may turn the flame to medium-high.

6Shrimp are cooked when they turn pink and curl up all snug, about 510 minutes depending on how big they are.

7Sprinkle with salt and look over your shoulder because people will drift hypnotically into the kitchen from the scrumptious aroma!

8Cook up some pasta, add a veggie or a salad, some crusty rolls for dipping into the garlic oil, and voila!

11When you are chopping fresh garlic, first cut the end off and then press the clove with the flat end of your knife.
