- 1 long loaf Italian bread
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- paprika (if desired for color)
Directions

1In a saucepan, warm up the olive oil and garlic with the salt and pepper.

2Cut the bread as though you were going to slice it, only don't cut all the way down.

3Now, spread the heated mixture in each slice.

4Sprinkle on the paprika; wrap in foil the entire loaf.

5Heat until hot enough, about 15 minutes at 375°.
