Garlic Cheese Biscuits

- 1 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. finely shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. melted roasted garlic butter (Land O' Lakes)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine the Bisquick, milk and cheese.

2Beat until well mixed. This mixture will be thick.

3If you think it is too thick, add a little more milk.

4Pinch off portions and roll in the palms of your hands to about the size of golf balls. Flatten slightly.

5Dip each biscuit in the garlic butter and place on baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart. Bake for about 10 minutes. Remove from oven and brush tops with remaining garlic butter.

6Return to oven and bake an additional 4 to 5 minutes, until golden brown.

7Serve warm. Makes about 8 biscuits.
