- 2 tablespoons flour
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 4 chicken breasts, skinned
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 heads garlic, cloves separated and peeled
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 12 cup white wine
- 13 teaspoon thyme
Directions

1Put flour and half the pepper in a bag.

2Add chicken and shake to coat.

3Brown chicken in oil over med high heat, remove to a plate.

4Add garlic and remaining flour to pan.

5Cook stirring for 2 minutes.

6Add stock, wine, thyme and remaining pepper.

7Bring to a boil then simmer at med low for 5 minutes.

8Add chicken to pan, cover and cook 20 to 25 minutes until garlic is tender and chicken is done.
