Garlic Chicken Wings

- 2 lb. wings (drumettes)
- 3 garlic heads
- 1 c. + 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 10 to 15 drops hot pepper sauce
- 1 c. grated Parmesan
- 1 c. Italian style bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Rinse; pat chicken dry and separate garlic cloves and peel. Place garlic, olive oil and hot pepper sauce in blender and puree. Combine cheese, bread crumbs and pepper in plastic bag.

2Dip wings in garlic puree and roll in crumbs mixture.

3Coat shallow nonstick baking pan with oil and add wings in single layer.

4Bake in 375° oven for 45 to 60 minutes until brown.

5Serve hot.
