  • 2 cups Whole Edamame, In Shell
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • Sea Salt And Sesame Seeds, For Garnish

Directions

    If using frozen edamame, run under cold water to thaw.

    On low heat, combine olive oil and garlic in frying pan. Let garlic and olive oil heat up for about 5 minutes, just until garlic is fragrant, but not brown. Increase heat to medium-high and add edamame to pan. Saute for about 5 minutes, until edamame is heated through.

    Sprinkle with sea salt and sesame seeds before serving.
