Garlic Mashed Potatoes

  • 3 whole Large Russet Potatoes
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1/4 cups Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic, Minced
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • 5 sprigs Fresh Dill, Chopped

Directions

    In a large pot add the water, chicken broth and potatoes. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 20 minutes, until potatoes are fork tender.

    Once done, drain liquid from pot, add yogurt, butter, garlic and mash everything with a hand mixer or potato masher until creamy. Mix in your fresh dill and salt and pepper (to taste).
