- 3 whole Large Russet Potatoes
- 2 cups Chicken Broth
- 2 cups Water
- 1/4 cups Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 teaspoon Garlic, Minced
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 5 sprigs Fresh Dill, Chopped
Directions

1In a large pot add the water, chicken broth and potatoes. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 20 minutes, until potatoes are fork tender.

2Once done, drain liquid from pot, add yogurt, butter, garlic and mash everything with a hand mixer or potato masher until creamy. Mix in your fresh dill and salt and pepper (to taste).
