Garlic Mushrooms

  • 400 grams white mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp creme fraiche

Directions

    Wipe mushrooms, then cut any larger ones into halves or even quarters.

    Crush garlic cloves (easy with a sprinkle of sea salt on top)

    Melt butter in a large saute pan.
  4. 4
    Add mushrooms and garlic and sizzle on a medium heat for 8- 10 mins, until turning brown but not yet yeilding all their mushroomy juices.

    Add the creme fraiche and season with a little more salt and some freshly ground black pepper.

    Warm through until the creme fraiche is bubbling hot.

    Serve either as a side/sauce or on buttered toast :)
