- 1 12 cups whole almonds
- 12 teaspoon kosher salt, plus more if desired
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 12 teaspoon garlic powder
- 12 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2In a bowl combine almonds, 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt and water.

3Toss to coat completely.

4Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.

5Remove from oven, transfer to a bowl.

6Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder and black pepper.

7Toss to coat.

8Return to baking sheet and bake in oven for 5 more minutes.

9Allow to cool slightly before serving.
