  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 12 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2/3 c. whipping cream
  • 4 garlic cloves, crushed

Directions

    Cover potatoes with water in a pan and bring to a boil over high heat.
