- 20 (1 1/2 lb.) red new potatoes, cut in half
- 12 unpeeled garlic cloves
- 1 medium green bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 medium red bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 medium red onion, peeled and cut into wedges
- salt and pepper
- 4 (4 to 6 oz. each) halibut steaks
- lemon wedges
- rosemary-garlic butter
Directions

1Place vegetables on a baking sheet.

2Season with salt and pepper.

3Drizzle with 1/2 rosemary-garlic butter and toss to coat well.

4Bake at 450° on upper rack of oven for 20 minutes or until starting to brown.

5Stir with spatula and move to bottom rack of oven.
