  • 20 (1 1/2 lb.) red new potatoes, cut in half
  • 12 unpeeled garlic cloves
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 medium red onion, peeled and cut into wedges
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 (4 to 6 oz. each) halibut steaks
  • lemon wedges
  • rosemary-garlic butter

Directions

    Place vegetables on a baking sheet.

    Season with salt and pepper.

    Drizzle with 1/2 rosemary-garlic butter and toss to coat well.

    Bake at 450° on upper rack of oven for 20 minutes or until starting to brown.
