Garlic Rusk

  • 1 French baguette
  • 100 grams Butter
  • 2 tsp Grated garlic (or pre-grated garlic from a tube)
  • 1 Dried basil

Directions

    Cut the baguette into 1 cm thick slices.

    Bring the butter to room temperature and mix with the garlic.
  3. 3
    Spread the garlic butter onto one side of each of the slices of bread.
  4. 4
    Sprinkle the basil on top.

    Bake for 20~30 minutes in an oven preheated to 150C.

    Allow to cool on the baking sheet.
  7. 7
    Great as a snack with drinks!
