  • 6 medium fresh tomatoes, ripe and firm
  • 1 medium Spanish onion
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro
  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 fresh lime
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 pinches crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 fresh avocado
  • 10 slices jalapenos, from a jar of jalapenos (minced)

Directions

    dice up tomatoes, pull seeds out first and core.

    cut up onion dice into small pieces 1/8 inch.

    minch up garlic, real small.

    cut up jalepenos into tiny little pieces.

    cut up 3/4 bunch of cilantro.

    about 1/2 cup - cut up fine.

    cut lime in half, squeeze out all juice from both half, tum inside out and squeeze lime pieces into the salsa.

    make sure you pick the seeds out.

    cut up 1 to two avocados - larger pieces, about 1/4 inch or larger.
