- 1/4 c. butter
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, crushed
- 8 oz. whole mushrooms, stems removed
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 12 oz. fresh shrimp, shelled and deveined
- 1 c. white wine
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch, mixed with just enough water to dissolve
Directions

1Melt butter in large skillet.

2Add crushed garlic and whole mushrooms.

3Gently mix in lemon juice and shrimp.

4(Add more butter, if needed, at this time.)

5Saute 1 minute on each side, or until pink.

6Add wine; increase heat and bring to a boil.

7Remove from heat and add cornstarch mixture.

8Return to flame until sauce is thickened.

9Serve over rice.
