- 4 medium red potatoes, unpeeled, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 tub (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Roasted Garlic Light Cream Cheese Spread
- 1/4 cup milk
Directions

1Cook potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.

3Mash potatoes with back of spoon or potato masher.

4Add cream cheese and milk; mix until well blended, leaving some potato pieces in chunks.
