- 1 cup garlic, cloves peeled
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped peeled potato
- 1 cup chopped carrot
- salt and pepper
- whipping cream (optional)
Directions

1Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium saucepan.
