- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 12 cup soy sauce
- 14 cup fresh lime juice or 14 cup lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 12 teaspoon dry mustard
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 12 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Rinse chicken with cold water and put into a large ziplock baggie.

2Mix soy sauce, lime/lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and mustard.

3Pour into bag, shake it to coat well.

4Marinate in fridge for at least 30 minutes.

5Sprinkle with pepper.

6Cook chicken in a skillet 6 or 7 minutes on each side over med-high heat.
