- 5 garlic cloves
- garlic salt to taste
- 6 Tbsp. crushed oregano
- 1 c. olive oil
Directions

1Cut tomatoes in 4 squares.

2Crush up garlic cloves.

3Add garlic salt to taste.

4Add oregano and 1 cup of olive oil (depending on texture, 1 1/2 cup of olive oil).

5Chill and serve with Italian bread.
