  • 2 Zucchini
  • 1 Tbs butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Directions

    Slice zucchini into half moons, 1/4 inch thick.

    Salt & Pepper the zucchini.

    Melt butter in skillet on med high heat.
  4. 4
    Add garlic and zucchini, saute for about 10 min, stirring every 2 or so minutes.

    When the zucchini have turned golden/dark brown in spots they're done!
