- 5 pounds potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 5 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Directions

1Bring chicken broth to a boil.

2Add potatoes and cook until tender but still firm, about 15 minutes; drain, reserving broth.

3Stir in garlic, cream and 1 to 2 tablespoons broth; mash until creamy.
