Gateau Chocolate Cake

  • 120 grams Lotte Ghana Chocolate Black
  • 100 grams Margarine
  • 30 grams Cake flour
  • 2 tbsp Hot chocolate mix
  • 3 Eggs
  • 70 grams Granulated sugar

Directions

    Sift the powdered ingredients.

    Separate the egg whites and yolkes.

    Melt the chocolate by immersing in a hot water bath, then add margarine and mix.

    Put the egg yolks and granulated sugar in a bowl and mix until it becomes white.

    Add the melted chocolate and butter to the step 2 mixture and mix.

    Add the powdered ingredients and mix.

    Use a hand mixer to mix the egg whites until peaks form!

    Add the egg whites in 2 or 3 parts to the mixture from step 4.

    Use a spatula to mix, being careful not to smash the foam.

    Pout into the pan and cook at 170C for 30 minutes.
