Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. tomato juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt or garlic salt
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • 1 small tomato, chopped
  • 1/4 c. unpeeled cucumber
  • 2 Tbsp. green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
  • 3 drops Tabasco

Directions

    Heat tomato juice until boiling; add bouillon and stir until dissolved.

    Cool; add other ingredients and chill several hours. Makes 4 servings.
