- 1 cucumber chopped (1 1/4 cup)
- 1 med. onion chopped
- 1 small zucchini diced
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/8 cup olive oil
- 2 TBSP vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- few drops of hot sauce
Directions

1Plunge tomatoes in boiling water for 30 seconds to loosen skins, then immerse in cold water. slip skins off, core and chop coarsely.
