- 58 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 12 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar, and
- 12 teaspoon red wine vinegar
- 12 teaspoon dried tarragon
- 12 teaspoon dried basil
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, and
- 1 14 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
- 12 teaspoon white sugar
- salt and pepper
Directions

1In a blender or food processor, combine tomato juice, onion, bell pepper, cucumber, tomatoes, green onions, garlic, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, tarragon, basil, parsley, sugar, salt, and pepper.
