Ingredients

  • 1 c. finely chopped and peeled tomato
  • 1/2 c. each, finely chopped: green pepper, celery and cucumber
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
  • 2 tsp. snipped parsley
  • 1 tsp. snipped chives
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • 6 to 8 Tbsp. tarragon wine vinegar
  • 6 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 large can tomato juice

Directions

    Combine ingredients in a stainless steel or glass bowl. Cover; chill at least 4 hours.
