  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped black olives and liquid
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles and liquid
  • 2 to 3 tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 4 to 5 green onions, finely chopped
  • 3 to 4 firm avocados, diced

Directions

    Blend oil and vinegar.

    Add salt, garlic salt and pepper. Stir.

    Mix with olives, green chiles, tomatoes, onions anad avocados.

    Chill for several hours for flavors to mix.

    Serve cold with tortilla chips.
