  • 1 pkg. lemon or pineapple Jell-O
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 pkg. miniature marshmallows
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 lb. cottage cheese
  • 8 oz. crushed pineapple with juice

Directions

    Mix together Jell-O, water and marshmallows.

    Add mayonnaise, cottage cheese and pineapple.

    Chill until set.

    Can be frozen. Can add grated carrots or chopped nuts for topping.
