Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chuck
  • 2 can chilli hot beans
  • 2 can diced tomatoes with creen chillies
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 4 clove garlic minced
  • 1 salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lrg red onion diced
  • 1 habanero pepper I used carribean red minced
  • 1 red cayenne pepper minced
  • 1 splash of worcestershire sauce
  • 1 splash of soy sauce

    brown chuck onions garlic peppers and seasonings together in a large pan

    add all canned items to pan and stir
  3. 3
    fill pan to top with water and set heat to high
  4. 4
    when boiling reduce heat to simmer cover and cook 1 hr stirring ocaisionaly

    when pan has reduced by about half stir taste season with salt and pepper to your liking

    if you like it really hot use more peppers make some rice have a bowl and a beer
