  • 1 1/2 lb thinly sliced beef
  • 1 large red onion rough chopped
  • 3 bell peppers rough chopped
  • 4 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 lb white mushrooms sliced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 tbsp Cayenne pepper powder
  • 4 cup water
  • 1 Salt and pepper to taste

    In a large pan on your stove top On medium heat melt butter Add beef onions garlic soy sauce Worcestershire sauce cayenne powder salt and pepper

    cook meat and onions until tender add bell peppers and mushrooms

    when peppers and mushrooms are soft add water and cook until boiling

    thicken with cornstarch and water until its the desired consistency

    taste and re season as desired

    serve over prepared rice
