  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 apples, sliced thin
  • 1/2 c. nuts

    Beat the eggs and salad oil until light.
