  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. salad oil
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 c. cooking apples, peeled and diced
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 to 1 c. walnuts

Directions

    Beat eggs and oil until foamy.

    Add sugar, flour, cinnamon, soda, salt and vanilla.

    Add apples and nuts.

    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.
