  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 4 c. chopped apples
  • 1 c. salad oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 c. nuts

Directions

    Beat together eggs, oil, sugar, salt, flour, vanilla, cinnamon and soda.

    Pour into Bundt pan and bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.
