  • 1 lb. lean ground beef, seasoned to taste
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 3 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 4 carrots, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. Lipton dry onion soup mix (sprinkle on potatoes and carrots)
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted (spread on top)
  • 1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onion rings

Directions

    Place in greased casserole in order listed except onion rings. Cover and bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours in 350° oven.

    Top with onion rings the last 10 minutes.
