- 1/2 lb. each: beef tenderloin, liver and pork loin
- 1 small onion, cut in 3 pieces
- 1 small bottle catsup
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 4 Chinese link sausages
- 1 tsp. ground pepper
Directions

1Cut the beef, liver and pork into strips.

2Marinate in soy sauce, lemon juice and pepper for one hour.

3Drain the meat; set aside the marinade.

4Half fry all the meat and Chinese sausage. Add catsup and marinade; simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5Add onion and simmer for 5 minutes.

6Serve hot with rice or bread.
