Ingredients
- 250 grams whole wheat flour
- 250 grams all-purpose flour
- 1 packages instant yeast
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp oil
- 350 ml water
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together and knead them well in a bowl - add more flour if needed

2Cover the bowl and let it rest for around an hour or till the dough doubles it's size

3Prepare a bread pan (9x5 inches) with grease or butter and put the dough in.

4Let it rest for anouther 20-30 minutes (covered)

5Cover the dough slightly with water and flour

6Put into the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes at 430 degrees F
