Ingredients

  • 250 grams whole wheat flour
  • 250 grams all-purpose flour
  • 1 packages instant yeast
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 350 ml water

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together and knead them well in a bowl - add more flour if needed

    Cover the bowl and let it rest for around an hour or till the dough doubles it's size

    Prepare a bread pan (9x5 inches) with grease or butter and put the dough in.

    Let it rest for anouther 20-30 minutes (covered)

    Cover the dough slightly with water and flour
  6. 6
    Put into the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes at 430 degrees F
