  • 1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut (undrained)
  • 2/3 c. white rice (uncooked)
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 lb. beef or pork sausage, cooked and drained
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

Directions

    Pour sauerkraut into casserole dish and sprinkle with rice. Add onion, meat, salt, pepper and tomato sauce.

    Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
