- 1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut (undrained)
- 2/3 c. white rice (uncooked)
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 lb. beef or pork sausage, cooked and drained
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Directions

1Pour sauerkraut into casserole dish and sprinkle with rice. Add onion, meat, salt, pepper and tomato sauce.

2Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
