  • 2 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • garlic powder to taste
  • 3 or 4 potatoes, chopped
  • 4 or 5 carrots, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
  • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup (undiluted)
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. catsup
  • 1 can French fried onion rings

Directions

    Brown meat and onions. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Cook potatoes and carrots; drain. Mix catsup, meat, soups and vegetables together. Place in large casserole dish. Top with cheese and onion rings. Cover with foil. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
