  • 1 c. shredded coconut
  • 1 box German chocolate cake mix
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, cut into pieces
  • 1 (16 oz.) box powdered sugar

    Place in bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch glass pan.
