  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. milk (canned)
  • 2 c. coconut
  • 1 stick butter
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 1/2 c. English walnuts or pecans
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Mix sugar, milk, butter and egg

    yolks in saucepan.

    Cook 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Add coconut, vanilla and nuts. Allow to cool. Spread on cake.
