  • 1/2 bar German chocolate
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 small can milk
  • 1/2 c. nuts
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. coconut

    Melt chocolate and butter.

    Beat egg yolks.

    Add sugar, milk and vanilla.

    Add chocolate mixture.

    Beat again.

    Add coconut and nuts.

    Bake in an unbaked pie shell at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes. Top with meringue.
