- 1 large head cabbage, shredded
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 c. sugar (blend sugar with cabbage)
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
Directions

1Mix all together.

2Boil vinegar and oil one minute.

3Mix all other ingredients together and pour the hot vinegar and oil over the cabbage mixture.

4Refrigerate 4 hours before serving.

5Drain and serve.
