  • 12 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 14 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 slices pumpernickel bread or 2 slices dark rye bread, crumbled
  • 23 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chopped nuts

Directions

    Whip the cream then add the sugar and vanilla.

    In four dessert dishes place alternating layers of bread crumbs, cranberry sauce and whipped cream.
