- 1 pound amber Malt Extract Syrup-
- 1 pound malt extract Powder-Dark
- 1 pound crystal malt
- 1 pound chocolate malt
- 1 pound black patent malt
- 2 ounces hops Hallertauer, boiling
- 1 ounce hops Hallertauer, finishing
- 1 yeast pkt lager
- 1 cup sugar corn, bottling
Directions

1Crush the crystal, chocolate, and black patent malts and add to 1.5 gal of cold water and bring to a boil.

2Remove grains with strainer when boiling commences.

3Add the malt extracts and boiling hops and boil for 60 min.

4Add 1/2 oz of flavor hops 30 min. into the boil.

5Add final 1/2 oz of flavor hops at least 45 min into boil.

6Sparge into cold water.

7Pitch when cool.

8Bottle when done.
