- 2 large red potatoes, chopped
- 12 medium onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 12 tablespoon McCormick's Montreal Brand steak seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions

1Preheat the oil in a skillet on medium-high heat and add the potatoes and seasoning.

2Cook a few minutes until potatoes are slightly browned.

3Reduce heat to medium-low and cover.

4Cook for 10 minutes or so, stirring occasionally.

5When potatoes are nearly cooked through, stir in onion and garlic and re-cover to cook for another 5 minutes or until potatoes are completely cooked through and onions have softened.
