  • 2 large red potatoes, chopped
  • 12 medium onion, diced
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 12 tablespoon McCormick's Montreal Brand steak seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

    Preheat the oil in a skillet on medium-high heat and add the potatoes and seasoning.

    Cook a few minutes until potatoes are slightly browned.

    Reduce heat to medium-low and cover.

    Cook for 10 minutes or so, stirring occasionally.

    When potatoes are nearly cooked through, stir in onion and garlic and re-cover to cook for another 5 minutes or until potatoes are completely cooked through and onions have softened.
