- 1/2 c. sauerkraut
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 box hot roll mix
- 1/2 c. Open Pit barbecue sauce with garlic
Directions

1Fry beef, onion, sauerkraut and sauce; cool.

2Prepare roll mix as directed, shape into balls and flatten.

3Put hamburger mixture in center.

4Pull up dough around meat and seal.

5Put in muffin cup in muffin pan.

6Let rise, bake until brown.
